let the number of toys of Kyle be X.

let the number of toys of brain be Y

X + Y = 154..........(1)

X = y + 34............(2)

putting the value of X in equation 1, we get:-

Y+ 34 + Y = 154

2Y + 34 = 154

2Y = 154 - 34

2Y = 120

Y = 60

now putting the value of Y in equation 2 we get:-

X = 60 + 34

X = 94

Kyle have 94 toys while Brain have 60 toys
