y-3=-2/3(x+3)

Mutiply the bracket by -2/3

(-2/3)(x)= -2/3x

(-2/3)(3)- cross out 3 and 3 , divide by 3 then becomes -2*1= -2

y-3= -2/3x-2

Move -3 to the other side

Sign changes from -3 to +3

y-3+3= -2/3x-2+3

y= -2/3x-2+3

y= -2/3x+1

Answer: y= -2/3x+1
