Exponential growth formula is : P = Ae^kt

1999-1993 = 6

1993 = P(0) = 94 million

1996 = P(6) = 99 million

P(6) = P(0) e^(6 k)

99 = 94 e^(6 k)

e^(6 k) = 99/94

6 k = ln (99/94)

k = ln (99/94) / 6 = 0.0086375

2010 - 1993 = 19

Now we have:

P(19) = 94e^(19*0.0086375)

P19 = 110.765 million

Rounded to the nearest million = 111 million.
