In probability, independent events are called those that occur without affecting the other and that the probability that both occur will be equal to the product of their individual probabilities, so if AA and BB are independent and P(AA) = n and P(BB) = m then P(AA∩BB) = n*m, and since there are infinite numbers between 0 and 1 that multiplied gives greater than 0.3 for example
0.8 * 0.5 = 0.4> 0.3

Answer

Yes, he probability that both Event AA and Event BB occur can be greater than 0.3
