PLEASE HELP!!!!!

if vegetables become soggy when sautéed, it means that? a) there is too much oil in the pan, b) the pan is to small, c) the temperature is too hot. the vegetables become soggy because? a) the steam released by the food is unable to escape, b) the excess oil makes the vegatables soggy, c) excess heat releases water from the vegatables​

Answer: I think this is two questions, if I'm not mistaking.
