Dan is getting balloons for his grandfather's birthday party. He wants each balloon string to be 9 feet long. At the party store, string is sold by the yard. If Dan wants to get 83 balloons, how many yards of string will he need?

I would think its 249 because 9 divided 3= 3 because 3 feet is 1 yard and then you do 83x3 and then you get 249.
