Jerry allows others to take over and run his life. He is submissive and clings to those around him. He cannot make decisions without advice and reassurance from others, probably because he lacks self-confidence. He finds it impossible to do things on his own, and he feels uncomfortable and helpless when he is alone. Answer: C) Dependent personality disorder.

Explanation: Jerry is not an "avoidant" person because he is always looking for the others approval, neither is a person who handles borderline emotions if he has not the enough strength to carry out his decisions and definitely is not a narcissistic person because he does not have enough self esteem. He is a Dependent person because simply he can not take decisions or live his own life without other´s point of view.
