Once you delete a blog no one will have access to the deleted content

Answer: True, nobody will be able to see it if you delete it. No friends, family, strangers, only if someone hacks into your account and finds a way to bring it back/re-post it.

That's correct. Even though if they shared it or reposted the blog, it will no longer be vuable.
