y+x=10

Explanation:

If two lines are parallel, they have the same slope, which is the coefficient of variable 'x' when 'y' variable is isolated, that is, when is the equation is written in slope intersect form.

so x+y=3 (std form), y=-x+3 (slope intersect form)

The slople =-1 which is also, the correspondent slope of our desired line.

That means, that our eq. is y=-x+b

to obtain the remaining value for desired equation, we just need to evaluate the given point (0,10) in our new equation.

10= -1 * 0 +b

Our parallel line to x+y=3, that is passess through (0,10) is y= - x + 10 in slope intersect form, and is y+x=10 in standard form
