It is given that dog is sitting on the roof 4.5 feet off the ground

And the cat is at the 16 feet above

From the billow figure base of the triangle is 4.5 feet and height of the triangle is 16 feet and we have to find the angle alpha

so from figure
tan\alpha =(perpendicular)/(base)=(16)/(4.5)=3.555


\alpha =tan^(3.5555)=74.29136°
