Remember that the slope intercept formula is:

y = mx + b

m is the slope

b is the y-intercept

First let's find the slope using the two points given:

The formula for slope is

(y_(2)-y_(1))/(x_(2)-x_(1))

In this case...

y_(2) =2\\y_(1) =6\\x_(2) =1\\x_(1) =1

^^^Plug these numbers into the formula for slope...

(2-6)/(1-1)

(-4)/(0)

You slope is undefined.

This means that your line will form a vertical line at x = 1

Hope this helped!
