Find the slope and the y-intercept of the equation: 6y - 3x= -12

Slope can be found but putting the equation in slope intercept form (y=mx+b)

6y=3x-12
y= 0.5x-2

M is your slope, b is the y intercept.

So the slope is 1/2, yintercept is (0,-2)
