Is it possible, negative temperature in Kelvin scale?

Well it could be defined and discussed as a curiosity, just like a speed greater than c could be. But it could never actually exist, because zero-K is absolute zero, or the total lack of any thermal energy. Negative-K would be like going into a dark room and creating a negative light intensity.
