Jack just found out that he is technically considered obese. His parents and grandparents never had this issue. What is likely different about Jack's lifestyle and his future?

Jack most likely has an unhealthy life style. He probably over eats, eats unheathy food and doesn't exersise much. His obesity may also be psychological. His future could end quickly due to heart disease, cancer and diabeties if he doesn't chose a heathier life style. Jack needs better food options and exersise.
