18/60 which is equal to 3/10

So you just need to put it into proportions which is blue to total. The total is 60 and there is 18 blue. Then you only need to simplify.

change or chance?

To find the probability/chance of getting the blue marbles is:-

probability = (number \: of \: blue \: marbles)/(total \: of \: all \: marbles)

From the question, we have:-
Number of blue marbles : 18
Total of all marbles : 32 + 18 + 10 = 60

Thus,

probability = (18)/(60) \\ probability = (3)/(10)
