Explanation:

Trace minerals can be defined as the minerals that is required by the body in small amount or very small amount( trace amount).

They are required in less than 5 grams in the body. Their deficiency are hard to detect as they are in trace amount.

Once they enter in human body they are not destroyed by heat, air or anything. It can only be destroyed by leaching while cooking not by heat.
