Science of microbiology is defined as, it is the study of the microscopic life and the microorganism which get interacted with the other living things. Microbiology is the scientific study of the microscopic life that cannot be seen with the naked eyes like fungi and bacteria.

General methods used in the study of microorganisms are:

  • Isolation: Isolation is defined as, separating the one species from the other species and obtained the pure culture.
  • Identification: To identifying the various species.
  • Inoculation:It basically introduces the tiny sample in the container of the sample of nutrient.
