16. 81n2 + 90n+ 100

Explanation:

Use (a+b)²= a²+2ab+b² formula

We can see that a²=81n² (so a=9n) and b²=100 (so b=10) and 2ab = 2*9n*10=180n.

therefore only √(81n²+180n+100) would be perfect square and this - isn't.
