Possibly try taking out piercings when interviewed, covering up tattoos, being the appropriate age. It is possible they look at your social media and found workplace "inappropriate" posts, likes, follow(er)s. Such as drug references, sexual misconduct, etc.

what you got to do is apply for all the jobs you can then wait then when someone acceps do your best at the interveiw trust me i had the same problem
