suppose you filled an empty 2 Liter Pepsi bottle with air at sea level and capped it and suppose you did the same thing on top of the tall mountain which is the two bottles would have a higher density?

The bottle at sea level will be denser because air at sea level is dense, the air on higher altitudes is thinner and has less density.
