<RPU = 20 degrees

<y= 140 degrees

Explanation:

<STU = 60 degrees ( In a Cyclic quadrilateral opposite <'s sum to 180)

Therefore <RPU = 180-60-100

= 20 degrees (Angle sum in a triangle = 180)

Triangle QPV is isosceles and base angles in an isosceles are equal so <QVP = 20 degrees.

Thus <y = 180-20-20

= 140 degrees.
