Your Point of View - Why is it important to remember the Holocaust event in history?

I would summarize the fact that situations happen like the holocaust and sometimes we don’t realize it. For example, just a couple of weeks ago, Fair Oaks Farm in Chicago was finally investigated and they found out that everyone was beating the animals, leaving them in hundred degree heat with no water, literally like the holocaust situation. Obviously you don’t have to use that example but the main point I would put is that it’s important to remember the holocaust event in history so history doesn’t repeat itself.
