Ferric iron has a charge of 3+, while ferrous iron has a charge of 2+. The nitrate anion looks like this:

NO3-

so the balanced compounds would be:

Ferric Nitrate: Fe(NO3)3
Ferrous Nitrate: Fe(NO3)2

Hope this helps!
