Slope =3

process--

(9- (-3))/(5-1)=(12)/(4) =3

Point-slope form is 3x-y-6=0 (using the first set of points, (1,-3) )

process--

y-9=3(x-5)

y-9=3x-15

y=3x-15+9

y=3x-6

3x-y-6=0
