Answer:

If the theory changes then so will the outcome of it. Say if you were to add 3 teaspoons of baking soda to vinegar it will fizz. If you were to add less or more baking soda it would fizz but not at the same amount because your theory has changed. If you theory changes so does your outcome. I hope this helped :)
