Do you think defendants should have be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt to be convicted?

Of course.

Explanation:

If we used a lesser standard of evidence, a lot more innocent people could end up in jail. And one of the tenets of our legal system is to allow an infinite amount of guilty people exonerated rather than to have a single innocent person incarcerated.
