Those to angles are equal to each other so set the angles equal and solve for x:

6x - 3 = 2x + 13

6x + (-3 + 3) = 2x + (13 + 3)

6x = 2x + 16

6x - 2x = (2x - 2x) + 16

4x = 16

4x/4 = 16/4

x = 4
