What are the causes of the frequent change of constitution​

Answer:

The fact that the constitution was written more than a century ago plays a huge factor in the frequent changes in the constitution. When the founding fathers first wrote the constitution, they believed that women and men were not equal. More recently, women suffrages have advocated, thus granting the right for women to vote.
