N+23.40/23.40+n alone equals 1. To reorder them in the communities property it’s 23.4+n/23.4+n which equals 1. Any number divided by itself equals 1.

BUT if you wanted to multiply it by 46.8, it would be 46.8 because any number multiplied by one is the other number. But if you want to reorder it in alternate form it would be 234/5 or 46 4/5
