Because the unit rate(cost per ounce) is 0.086 cents per ounce which is less than:

Answer: 15 ounces

Explanation:

We need to find the unit rate for each of the prices/ounces,

0.89/10 = 0.089

1.29/15 = 0.086

2.26/18 = 0.125...

3.39/32 = 0.1059375
