I think the answer is c, because in a city, there is very little natural shade like trees. also, asphalt creates more heat when the sun is directly on it.

Answer: Option C

Step-by-step explanation:

The heat from the sun is absorbed by the trees and the cooling of the places takes place because of the trees in the area.

But due to the development of the cities there are a lot of building and infrastructure which does not allows the heat to escape and makes the area more hot.

The radiations from the sun is not allowed to escape and due to this the area becomes more heated.
