The 4th one is correct.

Explanation:

On a graph, if a number is negative on the x-axis, you can say that it goes left.

If a number is positive on the y-axis, you can say that it's going up.

So -6 is going left, and +2 is going up.

Now I could be wrong, but I'm sure that the 4th one is the definite answer.
