pretty much by simply solving for "y".

Answer:

y = -3/2 x +3

Explanation:

Slope intercept form is

y = mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept

3x+2y = 6

Subtract 3x from each side

3x-3x+2y = -3x+6

2y = -3x+6

Divide each side by 2

2y/2 = -3x/2 +6/2

y = -3/2 x +3

This is in slope intercept form where the slope is -3/2 and the y intercept is 3
