What is the difference between the Kurds and the Shia Muslims?​

Answer:

Shia’s are basically Persians and their ally’s who though accepted Islam after defeat to Arabs, rose in rebellion against the Arab hegemony. They have their roots in Medina.

Kurds are both Shia and Sunni Muslims who are fighting both non-Kurd Shia’s and Sunni’s to carve out an independent Kurdish homeland.
