PLEASE HELP

Read the scenario. Some scientists are testing a culture of cells to determine if fermentation is occurring. They incubated the cells in a glucose solution in the presence of oxygen. After a period of time, they measure the culture solutions for the presence of carbon dioxide gas, which they know is a product made during fermentation. What is the error in their experimental procedure? (Select all that apply.)

Fermentation doesn’t take place if there is oxygen present. It’s an anaerobic process to get co2. Glucose wouldn’t be needed for this experiment either.
