The volume of a cylinder is given by the product of its base area (i.e. the area of a circle) and its height:

V = \pi r^2\cdot h

Solving for r, we have

r=\sqrt{(V)/(h\pi)}

Plugging the numbers, we have

r=\sqrt{(163)/(4\pi)} \approx 3.6
