Well, What makes it addicted it is maybe becouse your brain thinks its a drink that makes you feel better since may your drinking beer and the fuzz of your brian has vitamins or pills that make your brain you insane or crazy
It provides dopamine to the brain. Also called the happy molecule. when people experience the feeling of alcohol, it provides their brain with dopamine. and after the brain experiences it once, it continues to want that feeling again
