The answere to the last question is never. In order for a triangle to be equilateral, all corners have to be equal.A triangle's corner sum cant be over 180°.So as we all know, a right triangle has one right corner. If a corner is right, then, all corners can't be equal(because 90 is the half of 180).So the triangle can't be equilateral.
