Dedicated in May 1922, the Lincoln Memorial was built to honor Abraham Lincoln. (the last choice)

You don't need a comma between the month and year (as in the first choice), and the comma between the subject and the verb is absolutely wrong (the second choice).

Answer:

Dedicated in May 1922, the Lincoln Memorial was built to honor Abraham Lincoln.

Step-by-step explanation:

The last option is correct because you need only one comma in this sentence - the one after the participial phrase "Dedicated in May 1922".
