Remember this.

{x}^( - a) = \frac{1}{ {x}^(a) }

\sqrt[a]{ {x}^(b) } = {( {x}^(b) )}^{ (1)/(a) }

So,

{x}^{ - (5)/(3) } \\ = \frac{1}{ {x}^{(5)/(3) } } \\ = \frac{1}{ {({x}^5)}^{(1)/(3) } } \\ = \frac{1}{ \sqrt[3]{ {x}^(5) } }
