well there are several ways the two bodies are different
1. The male body naturally produces way more testosterone causing stuff like facial hair, a deeper voice, etc. while the female body naturally produces way more estrogen causing a softer/higher voice, breast growth, and the obvious menstruation
2. I feel like this is way too obvious but Iām still gonna say it, they have different genitals, the traditional male has a penis and the traditional female has a vagina
3. Men have a higher incidence of death from almost every disease except 3: benign tumors, disorders related to female reproduction, and breast cancer
4. They differ in skeletal structure
5. Men have a higher rate of basal metabolism than women
