So I have to write a letter as if I was Joseph Stalin dedicating it toward my people (his people) can you please help me just start the letter please? It has to be around the 1940s

I would start off stating something acknowledging the controversy or some of his controversial actions, then go on to rationalize and justify them and share the thought process.
