The answer is 2(x + 3)(x^2 + 1).

Steps:

2x^3 + 6x^2 + 2x + 6

2x^3 + 2x + 6x^2 + 6

2x(x^2 + 1) + 6(x^2 + 1)

(2x + 6)(x^2 + 1)

2(x + 3)(x^2 + 1)
