Human resources is very important for every industry. Without human resources, industries wouldn't be able to perform their functions (such as manufacturing, production, processing and value addition). For instance, we wouldn't have yoghurts, cheese, chocolate, butter and other dairies if humans were not there to convert cheese into this variety of products. Also, smartphones, computers, and the appliances we can't live without today are results of human resources.
