Add fractions:


`(2)/(8) + (4)/(8) + (4)/(8) + (4)/(8) + (6)/(8) = (20)/(8) = 2 (1)/(2)`

Add whole numbers and fraction:


`8 + 8 + 8 + 8 + 8 + 2 (1)/(2) = 42 (1)/(2)`

Divide by 5:
42.5/5=8.5
Jorge should drink 8.5 water a day
