Suppose you want to lose 1 pound per week for the next five weeks. How would you change the amount of calories you eat and the amount of calories you burn through exercise to reach that goal?

cut out all junk food, and soda. try not to eat fried foods. eat mostly vegetables and of course some protein. and you should do fine. also eat small portions of whatever you are eating.
