Physical Education - Grade 9

Can anyone help me answer this Physical Education question soon as possible?

The measuring of intensity during cardiorespiratory activity is to see if you are working in your target heart rate range.

If in a couple of months, you are going at the same pace as you did today but you are then working below your target heart rate range - what do you need to do to get back in your target heart rate range?

you need to work harder to get your heart rate higher because you have become more physically fit in pace or you would be in the right heartrate
