Explanation:

Because if you move to the right 3 units you add 3 to the x-axis number or in this case 3, so 3+3=6, and if you move down 4 units its the same as subtracting 4 from the y-axis number or in this case -2 so, -2-4=-6. Which gives you (6,-6).
