Both A and B, primary and secondary are elementary school through High school. Post Secondary is University/College and that costs money (like a lot up to 60,000 usd at at a prsigious University like Harvard/Yale)

Answer:

Both A and B

Step-by-step explanation:

US citizens have a right to free primary and secondary education.

K-12 is the name given to the compulsory number of years spent at school, from the age of 5-8 to 16-18, depending on the state one lives in.

About 80 % of all American children attend free public schools which are funded mainly by state and local governments. The public schools are usually divided into elementary, middle or junior high school and high school.

Private schools and home education ( homeschooling ) are other options available as well.
