h(x) = (x+2) ^2 -2x -3

Explanation:

If we have to shift 2 units left the we have to replace x by x+2 i.e

h(x) = (x+2)^2-2(x+2)+1

= (x+2)^2 -2x-4 +1

= (x+2)^2 -2x -3
